Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, supported by the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine and the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, is holding an online-survey of municipality heads on decentralisation.

The survey contains questions about the effect of municipalities amalgamation on local services delivery, cooperation with non-government organisations, current challenges faced by municipality representatives, etc. All that will help define success factors, facilitating municipality development.

The survey participation deadline is September, 26, 2021.
