Hola Prystan can boast a lot of recreational areas and a well-equipped public space, including a basketball ground.
Two outpatient clinics have been built here with accommodation for a family doctor. The local school and a kindergarten have been re-equipped. However, there are some problems: some roads are in a poor condition, with the necessary funds lacking. The municipality also needs funding for educational establishments repair.
