Online-training for heads of Rayon State Administrations has started. It has been initiated by the Office of the President of Ukraine, The National Agency of Civil Service, the Ukrainian School of Governing.

The key topics covered are as follows: peculiarities of Rayon State Administration performing its duties under the conditions of decentralization completion as the reform is targeted not only to increasing the local self-government capability but also strengthening the system of executive power territorial bodies, particularly, of local state administrations.
