Ukrainian municipalities have a chance to get a new insight into local management challenges from students and young specialists within the programme ”Dream and act - Skills Up Camp”. To do it, they should just suggest their case being considered by young people by September, 10.

The project is aimed at assisting municipalities in coping with urgent problems with the help of cooperation with creative youth.
