Representatives of municipalities from all regions of Ukraine can participate in training within the initiative "Business-Friendly Environment. Business Facilitation Tools in Municipalities", fulfilled by the Rotary Club Ukraine, supported by the U-LEAD with Europe programme.

The training programme has been developed by experts jointly with business management and local economic development. It includes two stages, taking place in 2021-2022.
