«I am happy to see the village at night – it lights up!», - a graduate of the Women Leadership Academy

Valentyna Pylypchak has been a deputy for the fourth convocation. It is elected by the village of Vysuntsi, being part of the Muzykivska municipality in the Kherson oblast.

Valentyna may be one of the eldest deputies in Ukraine. She is 74, however, she entered the Women Leadership Academy consciously: to learn how to write projects. Now she confidently writes and fulfills them.
