How «the law on lyceums» will influence education in municipalities

Serhiy Dyatlenko, an educational policy expert of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, offers analysis of the Law of Ukraine On Amending some Laws of Ukraine on Improving Mechanisms of Forming Lyceum Networks to Introduce Quality Specialised Secondary Education.
