The Radsad municipality, situated in the Mykolaiv oblast, is three years old. For this period of time street illumination has been installed, the main roads, the school and the kindergarten have been repaired, the park has been reconstructed and a festival square has been made. A grant for establishing an ASC has also been won.

Currently the municipality is working over the new project “Radsad-veloskif”. Radsad residents have developed a 24-km cycling route along a picturesque coastal lake. One can get to the route by water – an electric water tram conveniently connects Mykolaiv and a village of the municipality, Novobohdanivka. For this, villagers repaired the berth with their own hands and now they dream of building an information centre nearby and purchasing 30 bicycles for tourists.

The route needs locations to be equipped and new marking signs to be installed. The Radsad municipality has already become a finalist pf Our Municipality competition and hopes to win it as it wants to tell the whole country about itself.
