Communal property lease is one of the most popular asset management tools for the local self-government. Due to a myriad of municipalities’ questions, related to the Methodology for Calculating Public Property Rent, approved with resolution № 630 as of 28.04.2021 by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, having come into force, USAID DOBRE experts considered the issue at the webinar, dedicated to lease of property, other than land plots.
