The Ministry of Digital Transformation has launched the Diya.Digital Municipality platform in a text mode. It is a knowledge base for those responsible for digitalization in all local authorities — CDTO. The Diya.Digital Municipality platform makes materials for CDTO systemic locally. Here you can find recommendations on implementing digital tools, a plan of digital transformation, algorithms and regulations, that may be necessary for CDTO in regions to implement digitalization efficiently.
«It is impossible to make any progress and reach the aims without clear guidelines and vision. The Diya.Digital Municipality platform is a practical tool to systematize the regional digitalization policy. There digital leaders will be able to find useful up-to-date information and share each other’s experience», — claimed Vadym Bortnyk, the Director of the Directorate for Regional Digitalization at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
