The answer to the question was looked for and found by the participants of another webinar, organized by the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine in cooperation with the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the public power organization, local self-government, regional and urban development, supported by the Council of Europe Programme «Decentralisation and public administration reform in Ukraine».

This time local self-government experts shared their experience of exercising their authorities in education: how to provide quality services in the sphere, to transform «the liabilities», its maintenance has always been, into «the asset», capable of becoming an impetus for the territory development and people’s wellbeing improvement.
