Due to the scale and significance of amendments, made by Law of Ukraine №1423-IX of 28.04.2021 On Amending some Regulations of Ukraine on Improving the administration and deregulation system in Land Relations, it is referred to as the «Land Constitution».

Most of its provisions came into force on 27.05.2021, following its publication. However, its part will come into force on 1.07.2021, 24.07.2021, three, six and twelve months later.
