The President of Ukraine has signed Law №1432 On Amending the Law of Ukraine On Culture concerning the General Pillars of Providing Cultural Services to the Population  (bill №4318), passed by the Parliament on April, 29, 2021.

According to the Office of the President, the document will facilitate the regional cultural development and will make cultural events more accessible for citizens.

The law specifies the main pillars and priorities of the state cultural policy, aimed at simplifying the population access to cultural services and revealing the creative industries potential. Government agencies and local self-government bodies must consider these pillars in their activity.
