How Rostyslav Bortnyk who used to be a successful Austrian architect, is currently developing his home area, is engaged in a severe political struggle and rests wholeheartedly during cultural events in the town council.
Rostyslav Bortnyk used to be a successful Vienna architect and a public activist. Five years later he won at the local election in his native Ternopil oblast. Rostyslav became the head of the Berezhanska hromada. The man had been driven by his desire to apply his foreign experience and a wish to make life in Ukrainian hromadas similar to the European one.
The head of the Berezhanska hromada covered all these issues in his interview for Decentralisation.
