On December, 29, 2017 an ASC was opened in the Chemerovetska hromada of the Khmelnytskyi oblast, supported by the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.
A brand new ASC became a common ASC, when the amalgamated territorial hromada and the rayon state administration started functioning together in the premises, providing more than 100 services to the residents in the «open space».
The U-LEAD with Europe Programme assisted the hromada in establishing the centre, repairing the premises, equipping it with furniture and up-to-date computers with specialized software, as well as in training the personnel.
