The Decentralisation portal has been invited to the Kiptivska hromada in the Chernihiv oblast to witness the functioning of the hromada, having been visited by G7 states ambassadors several years ago.
The key to its success proves to be the head, caring for its hromada, a professional team of deputies and the executive committee, united hromada residents and, of course, time to implement all the plans.
