The starosta institute development: bill №4535 is ready for its second reading
The Parliamentary Committee on the Public Authorities organisation, local self-government, regional and urban development has suggested that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine should pass in its second reading and as a whole Draft of Law on amending some laws of Ukraine on the starosta institute development №4535.
The draft suggests holding obligatory public discussions with residents prior to proposing as a starosta candidate for the hromada to consider.
