An old village two-storey library has been converted into a public cultural and educational Smart space with urban opportunities at the settlement of Kozelshchyna of the Poltava oblast. Here there is a hall to hold educational lectures and watch movies, an up- to- date reading hall with both Ukrainian and world bestsellers, as well as built-in systems to listen to audio-books. All the services are provided to citizens free of charge.
