On 28 January and 2 February 2021 the Volyn Regional Training Centre in co-operation with the Council of Europe Program "Enhancing Decentralisation and Public Administration Reform in Ukraine" announces general short-term training programme "The Art of Change: How to Create an Innovative Culture of Organisation?" which is based on the Council of Europe's leadership tools.

The training programme (0,47 ECTS credits ) placed on the Knowledge Management Portal of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service.
