88% of facilities have been transferred to the hromada communal ownership – updated data by the MinRegion

The process of transferring property from the rayon level to the hromada communal ownership is underway. According to the MinRegion, as of January, 22, 2021, hromadas are ready to put on the books 88% of facilities (having already agreed to do it).

«This week we have held meetings with the Donetsk, Nranscarpathian, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Luhansk, Lviv, Poltava, Rivne and Khmelnytskyi regions, where most difficulties with facilities transfer seemed to be observed. In general, rayon and hromada representatives are seen to understand the necessity of quick property transfer. We hope that we have managed to discuss and find ways of solving most points of issue and they will have been solved locally by the end of the month», - claimed Vyacheslav Nehoda, Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
