On property and ownership rights transfer from territorial hromada common proprietorship

Transfer of civil rights subjects, having belonged to the common ownership of villages, settlements and rayon towns, to the ownership of consolidated territorial hromadas is underway. According to statistics, it is successful all over Ukraine. However, sometimes questions still arise in certain rayon councils and more often in village and settlement councils. Vira Kozina, an expert from the Decentralisation Support Office of the MinRegion, is answering the most urgent of them in the material.
