The process of transferring property from the rayon level to the hromada communal ownership is underway. In total, all over the country hromadas are ready to put on the books 79% of facilities (the appropriate decisions have already been made). These are 20 352 facilities from 25 274 ones to be transferred to the territorial hromada ownership.

These are educational, cultural, health care establishments, etc. Having carried these facilities as an asset, territorial hromadas are able to manage and maintain them from their own budget.

The MinRegion is going on to monitor the situation and to support Oblast State Administrations till the property transfer to hromadas has been completed.
