How and whom should rayon hospitals be transferred to? The issue was discussed by participants of the open dialogue «A new administrative and territorial arrangement – a new management system: an activity algorithm of health care establishments and their proprietors» on December, 21 at the Ukraine Crisis Media-Centre.

295 participants from 24 regions of Ukraine and the city of Kyiv joined the open dialogue. Among them there were health care department heads, health care establishments heads, doctors, lawyers, local self-government body heads, deputies of oblast, rayon and local councils. Approximately 5000 people watched the live stream in Facebook and Youtube. The dialogue participants were able to pose their questions to the speakers.
