The fifth Forum «Efficient local self-government as a pillar of a democratic and law-governed state», having been supported by the Council of Europe since 2017, has become the all-Ukrainian forum for the strategy to be defined and a further tactics of reforming the power territorial arrangement to be developed within a wider circle of current problems and challenges.
