On December, 10 and 11, 2020 the U-LEAD with Europe Programme held the traditional International Expert Discussion «Hromada development: trust, institutions, funds and people».

During a two-day discussion and knowledge exchange 37 experts: office holders, scientists, diplomats and activists from 12 countries delivered their speeches. All of them shared invaluable ideas and research outcomes on the key challenges of the regional and local development, particularly, in the context of the crisis, caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
