At the request of the MinRegion of Ukraine and supported by the Council of Europe Programme «Decentralisation and Public Administration Reform in Ukraine», experts have developed a set of consultative materials on organizing the first steps of the newly elected local councils and their executive bodies under the administrative and territorial reform conditions.
