Decentralisation is a great breakthrough of Ukraine on its way to reforms, - claimed the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Linas Linkevičius during the forum «Dialogues on Reforms: On the way to Vilnius».
According to Linkevičius, decentralisation is transforming the country's face, its way of thinking and acting. The reform is proceeding successfully in Ukraine,despite the pandemic and the Russian aggression.
