The draft of the Law оn amending some enactments of Ukraine on harmonizing certain issues of organization and functioning of local self-government bodies and rayon state administrations (№ 3651-d) is being considered by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

The draft must regulate a set of issues that are vitally important and urgent for the purpose of ensuring the stability of local self-government bodies’ activity after the local elections completion on October, 25, 2020.

Being aware of the necessity of the legal regulation of certain issues of organization and functioning of local self-government bodies and rayon state administrations due to changes in the administrative and territorial arrangement of Ukraine, the AH Association supports the Law of Ukraine On Amending Certain Enactments of Ukraine on harmonizing certain issues of organization and functioning of local self-government bodies and rayon state administrations and urges the Parliament to pass it as soon as possible.
