On September, 9 at 10:00 A.M. the Ukraine Crisis Media Centre will host the Culture under the Decentralisation Conditions. New Rayons public discussion, involving  representatives of the central executive power, international technical aid projects, local self-government and experts.

The conference has been organized by the Ukraine Crisis Media Centre within the USAID DOBRE Programme.
