In 2020 experts of the USAID DOBRE Programme have been introducing elements of the medium-term budget planning with three hromadas (Lanovetska, Terebovlyanska and Zborivska AHs) and have compiled recommendations in the guidebook «The AH medium-term budget planning introduction».

According to the Ministry of Finances of Ukraine, the Guidebook is targeted to representatives of the local fiscal bodies, AHs, providing a review of the legislation, describing steps aimed at introducing hromada medium-term budget planning and offering document samples. The guidebook can be recommended for AH fiscal bodies staff.
