The U-LEAD with Europe Programme, targeted at service provision quality improvement, is starting to accept applications for study placements in the proper ASCs.

2020 peculiar challenge is to enhance ASC functioning, particularly, integrating the basic, highly demanded administrative services, making them fast and convenient. For this purpose the ASC staff needs professional consultations, both theoretical and practical training, adaptation of the best practices and assistance in solving problematic issues.

Being aware of the importance of experience exchange between ASCs of different hromadas, the U-LEAD with Europe Programme contributes to it, organizing study placements for ASC personnel. Within the study placements it is planned to select up to 30 participants of study placements at ASCs, which, according to the prior Programme experience, have higher work organization and service provision level.
