Experts of the UNO Recovery and Peacebuilding Programme have prepared a manual analyzing provisions of Law of Ukraine № 114-ІХ On Amending the Law of Ukraine on Public Procurement and certain regulations of Ukraine concerning public procurement improvement of 19.09.2019.

The manual analyzes the regulations amendments. The new wording Law draft has to harmonize the public procurement rules with the EU standards, as well as to improve the statutory provisions in accordance with the practice, having established in the public procurement sphere.
