It’s just the beginning: what laws are necessary for decentralisation to proceed

A new state administrative and territorial arrangement is the basis of a genuine decentralization, whereas clear power differentiation between the state executive bodies and local self-government forms its walls, roof and interior. That was highlighted by the Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Vyacheslav Nehoda during an online discussion of the legislative provision of decentralisation and resource deconcentration, held on July, 17.
