The Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine has brought up the bill “On Amending the Law of Ukraine On the Local Self-Government in Ukraine and Some Other Regulations of Ukraine concerning Decentralisation and Local Self-Government Powers Division for the public to discuss. The bill has been prepared with local self-government bodies associations and line experts involved. Actually it   embodies the Law «On the Local Self-Government in Ukraine» in a new wording. According to the reform calendar plan, it shall have been passed by the parliament by November of 2020.
