On July, 21, 2020 there will be held the Hromada Cooperation in the Administrative Services Sphere online conference, during which a Guidebook by the U-LEAD with Europe will be presented. It will assist hromadas in getting acquainted with the existing and most efficient cooperation forms in the administrative services sphere, peculiarities of drawing a contract and will provide practical examples of improving administrative services provision with the help of an inter-municipal cooperation tool.
