The Radsadivska AH, established at the end of 2017, has achieved great results for almost three years.

In 2018 the Startegy of the Radsadivska AH Development was prepared and approved by the settlement council. It involves economic and social, cultural, leisure and tourism development, new agricultural forms support, youth assistance, activating citizens and a healthy lifestyle encouragement.

In 2019 the hromada was selected for U-LEAD with Europe Programme, thus, within the Programme an ASC is expected to be opened there in autumn of 2020.

 «Consulting with the community, we have created «RadsadBikeSkiff»! We have already got our own logo, the emblem is being developed. The hromada has developed two bicycle routes «Radsad – Novobohdanivka – Radsad» and «Radsad – Novobohdanivka – Stara Bohdanivka – Radsad» and on August, 14 they are planned to be opened», - commented Maksym Kornienko, the Hromada deputy head.

In 2020 the hromada launched a water tram «Mykolaiv – Novobohdanivka», by which hromada residents can get to the Korabelnyi district of the city of Mykolaiv within ten minutes, whereas the oblast centre inhabitants can travel to the pollution-free right bank of the Buh coastal lake.
