The 139-th issue of the programme «Decentralisation. News Digest», created with support from the Swiss-Ukrainian Project “Decentralisation Support in Ukraine” (DESPRO) is dedicated to the majority of services being provided at the hromada level as soon as next year and the rayons being necessary mostly for the state executive power organization locally. Thus, there is no need for town and village residents to worry about the rayon level configuration and functions changes.
