The digest has been prepared within the Decentralisation and Cultural Services Reform project, being fulfilled by the Society of Researchers of Ukraine public organisation, in partnership with the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, funded by Switzerland via the Swiss Development and Cooperation Agency.
