The stand-by arrangement has come into force, under which the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the World Bank) shall fund the Boosting Private Investment in the Agriculture of Ukraine programme.

Under the Arrangement, in the period of 2020 – 2024 it is planned to develop 600 comprehensive plans of AH territory spatial development, financed from the state budget.

«Providing AHs with comprehensive plans of the territory spatial development, developed by certified specialists, will make it possible to efficiently realize hromadas inner potential, to use the available resources, to prioritise the hromada territory management and to develop the policy of its perspective spatial development», – commented Oleksii Chernyshov, the Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
