Bill 3515 authorises the Cabinet of Ministers to define the administrative fee size: what will be the result and who is it beneficial for?

Recently a law draft on amending certain regulations of Ukraine on regulating the issues of the subsistence income formation and its increase preconditions creation was registered (registration number 3515).

Vasyl Sehin, a coordinator of the department for policy implementation of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, working over the administrative services provision enhancement, analyses the bill. Vasyl Sehin points out that it is unclear who was developing the bill in terms of changing approaches to establishing the administrative fee size. He wonders why the process was not preceded by the policy development and alternative variants analysis and why the bill development occurred without the line associations and other interested parties being involved.
