On May, 13 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed Bill №2679 On Amending some Laws of Ukraine on the Improvement of the ASCs Network and Functioning and Enhancing Access to Administrative Services, Provided in a Digital Format.
Under the bil, ASCs can be established only by the local self-government bodies, thus, there must be its own ASC (or several ones), providing a wide range of services, in each hromada.
