What is the decentralization benefit for a modern and well-developed town?

In 2018 Voznesensk of the Mykolaiv region was united with the villages of Novohryhorivka and Rakove. Thanks to decentralization the both villages residents managed to obtain all the town priviledges and advantages: qualitative education and medicine, particularly, musical and sports schools, a swimming pool, a hospital, a cultural centre.

The hromada is implementing the concept «Town, comfortable for living», involving remodeled equipped hospitals.
