Experts of the Swedish-Ukrainian project “Support to Decentralisation in Ukraine”, implemented by the SKL International company have thoroughly analysed the issue. Here are their findings: amalgamated hromadas found educational establishments more actively than rayons. The percentage of the schools, managed by AHs, having undergone changes, is higher than rayon schools.
