‘Save the village!’ How a consensus concerning constitutional amendments was searched for in the capital. A report

During public open consultations everybody was expressing own thoughts and was worried about the possibility of the stance not to be considered. Dmytro Syniak, the Decentralisation reporter listened to representatives of five regions of Ukraine and made a conclusion about their opinions.
