This was the issue of the presentation and expert discussion of the project Inner control and audit as the basis for increasing the efficiency of the local budget of four regions of Ukraine, conducted on February, 20, 2020 at the Ukrainian Anti-Crisis Centre (Kyiv).

Mykhailo Zolotukhin, the project supervisor, claimed that the project was aimed at enhancing the local self-government quality, its transparency increase, accountability and budget funds use efficiency, based on the opportunities that local hromadas would obtain as a result of the quality control system introduction.
