On 4 December, at the meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on State Building, Local Governance, Regional and Urban Development, the team of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme’s support to improved administrative service delivery presented proposals on the state policy for administrative services.

Proposals to the state policy make a document that consists of policy notes prepared during 2019 that address the problems identified by the Programme in the area of administrative service delivery. The issues raised in the document have been the subject of consultations with responsible public authorities, individual local self-government bodies, local self-government associations and other stakeholders.
