Modern ASC launched in Kozlivska AH

On 27 November, a new Administrative Service Centre was launched in the Kozlivska amalgamated hromada of the Ternopil Oblast with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme. Hromada and rayon residents will receive 90 administrative services, including residence and civil registration, land registration, notarial and social services.


The Administrative Service Centre of the Kozlivska AH was established at the expense of the State Fund for Regional Development, co-financing from the local budget and financial support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.

The U-LEAD with Europe Programme provide the AH with modern office furniture, computer equipment and software with electronic document management system. A design project for the premises was also developed for the hromada and institutional support was provided for the ASC establishment.

All Centre employees have undergone a 5-module training course developed by the Ukrainian, Swedish and Estonian Programme experts.
