Grant competition for AHs in the field of culture

The House of Europe programme invites state and non-governmental cultural organisations with specific and achievable ideas on improvement of the cultural sphere in their hromada to participate in the competition for an infrastructure grant. The competition runs until 28 November.

Grant programme:

  • finances the development of the infrastructure of cultural organisations;
  • supports the most interesting long-term projects from the most active and creative regional cultural institutions (both state and non-governmental)

Duration: 1-3 years

What will a participant get?

Financing for cultural infrastructure development (construction, reconstruction, purchase of equipment): up to EUR 3,000 or up to EUR 6,000

  • trainings;
  • mentorship.

What is needed to apply?

  • specific and achievable ideas for improving the cultural sphere in your hromada;
  • desire to implement these ideas on behalf of your organisation;
  • competitive project;
  • detailed estimate.

You can provide any other documents that can help convince the selection commission.

How to apply?

Apply with all required documents electronically via online platform

There are three categories of applications, each offering small and large grants:

  • crowdfunding grants (both for state / municipal and non-governmental organisations);
  • grants for public and communal cultural institutions;
  • grants for NGOs.

Note:

These categories of applicants are not eligible for funding:

  • national and oblast cultural institutions;
  • natural persons;
  • individual entrepreneurs;
  • religious and political organisations;
  • commercial and for-profit organisations.
