NGO “Society of Researchers of Ukraine”, with the support of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine and Association of Amalgamated Hromadas announce the selection of AHs for participation in the project “Decentralisation and reform of cultural services”.
The project is focused on developing a new policy in the field of culture management, as well as introducing a new approach to providing quality and accessible cultural services at the hromada level.

The project team plans:
Amalgamated hromadas of the Zhytomyr, Poltava, Chernivtsi and Kherson Oblasts ready to work with the project team to achieve mutually beneficial results are invited to participate in the competition. Two AHs will be selected in each oblast and will undergo analysis of the existing network of cultural service providers. After that, the project team will work with one of the two selected AHs.
