Creative bus stops, a street library, a modern stadium, renovated and bright schools – one of the hromada in the Volyn Oblast managed to achieve all this in three years. They took the plunge and amalgamated 9 surrounding villages. Now, in a short time together they managed to do what no one has done here for decades.
